If you have your CBN partner number, you can activate Superbook streaming by logging on to the website here and filling in your account information. 

If you are already a CBN Animation Club member and have enabled streaming access, please log in to the website here to access full-length Superbook episodes.

After setting up your account, you can stream episodes from Seasons 1 – 5 on up to 3 devices. If you need assistance setting up your Superbook: On Demand, you may contact the CBN Prayer Center toll-free at 1-800-700-7000, and they will assist you. 

If the solutions above do not apply to your situation, please send a detailed email including your email address, username, and first and last name to tech@cbn.org.

1. Go to the Settings section.
2. Click the plus sign (+) next to Superbook Account.
3. Hold your finger on the green circle until the Parent Gate disappears.
4. Then click Forget Your Password?
5. Then, complete the form by entering your registration email address and first name.
6. Your password will be reset, and you will receive an email with a new password.
7. The email will also include instructions on changing your password to something easier to remember.

2. Log into your parent Superbook account.
3. Once logged in, click Settings, which will be next to your username in the top right corner of the website.
4. Then scroll down to your Children’s Account(s) and click on your child’s username.
5. Then, enter a new password and confirm the password in the form that appears, then click Change Password.
6. Your child’s password will be updated and ready to be used to log in.
7. If you encounter any issues while trying to change the password, please send a detailed email, including your registration email address and child’s username, to tech@cbn.org. 

It is not currently possible to add a child account to an adult account while on the Superbook Bible App, but you can do so on the Superbook Kids website.

1. To add a child to your adult account, sign into your parent/adult account here.
2. After signing into your account, click Settings next to your username in the top right corner of the website.
3. Once on the Settings page, scroll down to the Children Accounts section and click Add New Child Account.
4. Then, you can create the child account by filling in the fields with a unique username and password. The child account will now be associated with your parent/adult account and email address.

Please follow these steps to customize a character: 

1. Click on Sign In.
2. Enter your username and password, and click Sign In.
3. Click on Shop to use Superpoints to get new clothing items for your character. All new items will end up in your closet.
4. Click on Closet to exchange clothes, skin tone, etc., with what you already have in the closet. 

For example, to change your skin tone, after clicking on the closet (#1), you can click on the box (#2), which has different skin-tone choices. Once you click on it, you will see different tones. Once you choose a tone, click "X" (#3) to exit the menu, and the skin tone will be changed/saved.

Click here and choose the App Store or Google Play Store for your device. Follow the instructions to download and install the Superbook Bible App! 

1. Adults can register a child here. Type in your email address and click the Get Your Free Episodes Now button.
2. Check for an email from Superbook, where you can click the button Set Up Your Superbook Account.
3. This will send you back to the Superbook website, where you will complete an adult registration form.
4. Once you’ve submitted the adult registration form, you can register children at the bottom of your Account Settings page.

1. Visit here, enter your username and password in the form, and click the Sign In button.
2. You can then click on Settings at the top of the website. This will take you to your Account Settings, where you can scroll down to Children Accounts and click Add New Child Account.
3. Then, you can add a username and password for the new child and click on Create Child Account.

1. Click here and then click I forgot my password.
2. In the Password Recovery form, enter your email address and click Continue.
3. A new password will be sent to your email. Use this password to log in on the Sign In page. 
4. To update your new password, click on Settings at the top of the website.
5. In your Account Settings, click on Edit next to the word Password. Use the form to change your current password. Click Update to save your new password.

1. Open the app and click on the head and shoulders icon at the bottom middle of the screen.  
2. On the My Stuff screen, click on Register.
3. Select your country and birthdate, then click Next.
4. Enter your email address, first name, and last name, then click Next.
5. Enter your username and password (twice) and click Create Account.
6. Check your email for a confirmation email. (Check your spam folder if needed.) If you still don’t get the email, click Resend Email.

Click here to add a child account to an existing adult account on the Superbook website. Enter your username and password and click Sign In. 

Choose Settings. In your Account Settings, scroll down to Children Accounts and click Add New Child Account. 

Add a username and password for the child and click Create Child Account. 

Superbook episodes can be viewed within the Watch CBN App on the Samsung Smart TV Platform, Roku, Amazon TV, and Apple TV.

Anyone with a Superbook account can watch Seasons 1 – 4.
