JERUSALEM, Israel – Retired Israel Defense Forces General Amir Avivi outlined the magnitude of the threat faced by Israel and the Western world in an interview with CBN News. Iran is the prime instigator, but it is being bolstered by an Eastern alliance of Russia, China, and other powers that pose a challenge well beyond the borders of Israel.

In a view that may surprise some people, General Avivi believes the outcome of the conflict at Israel's doorstep could usher in a "golden age" for the Jewish state.
